Scholarship Criteria

All applicants must be:

A self-identifying member of the Black community
A Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
A resident of Quebec studying in any Canadian province or an out-of-province student registered at a Quebec post secondary institution
Involved in a community activity, which may include but is not restricted to volunteer work, participation in sports, social events or other extracurricular activities.
